Other milestones of 1918 will be Leonard Crunelle’s Victory Monument dedicated to a WWI African-American Illinois National Guard unit that helped drive German forces out of France; and Logan Square’s Illinois Centennial Monument by Henry Bacon and Evelyn Beatrice Longman. Lunch is included. Registration is required.
